- Shaping and implementing the whole-school approach to SEN provision as SENCO
- Leading on EHCP applications, reviews, and statutory processes
- Coaching and empowering teachers and TAs in best SEN practice
- Working closely with families, external agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Building inclusive classroom strategies that unlock learning for every student
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting all aspects of SEN progress and provision
