What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead SEND strategy, assessment, and innovative intervention programmes
• Champion inclusive classroom practice and staff development
• Manage the EHCP process, liaise with external agencies, and ensure compliance
• Deliver training and support to teachers and support staff
• Analyse data to drive continuous, measurable student progress
• Build meaningful relationships with parents and the wider community

Ideal SENCO for this Bexley School:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential; National SENCO Award advantageous
