What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving SEND strategy and provision across the full school cohort
- Leading, mentoring, and upskilling the dedicated SEND and TA team
- Overseeing EHCPs, interventions, assessments, and multi-agency collaboration
- Working closely with parents, external professionals, and SLT to secure outstanding outcomes
- Championing inclusion, accessibility, and innovative classroom adaptations
- Using data and specialist knowledge to inform and evolve best practice
