- Spearheading whole-school SEND strategy, policy, and practitioner support
- Directing the EHCP process—identification, assessment, and annual reviews

- Building external partnerships with educational psychologists and health professionals
- Tracking and reporting on SEND pupil progress for the SLT and governors
