What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading strategic SEND provision—driving whole-school improvement as SENCO
• Line managing a specialist team of LSAs and support staff
• Crafting and implementing high-impact EHCP and IEP strategies

• Identifying and disseminating SEN best practice across the curriculum
• Analysing pupil progress data to accelerate SEN student achievement
