What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading whole-school SEND provision and the EHCP process with ultimate ownership
  • Driving outstanding classroom practice and progress for pupils with EHCPs and additional needs
  • Chairing multidisciplinary review meetings and liaising with external agencies
  • Providing expert, high-impact staff CPD in SEND differentiation and strategy
  • Cultivating a nurture-focused, ambitious culture that empowers all students to achieve
