What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading SEN strategy across the secondary alternative provision
  • Coordinating EHCPs, Annual Reviews, and high-needs funding applications
  • Managing a skilled and passionate SEN team, including TAs and therapists
  • Supporting personalised learning plans, behaviour strategies, and therapeutic interventions
  • Working closely with families, LA professionals, and external agencies
  • Driving whole-school inclusion, safeguarding, and wellbeing
  • Contributing to SLT-level decision making (for Assistant Head option)
