What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading SEN strategy across the secondary alternative provision
- Coordinating EHCPs, Annual Reviews, and high-needs funding applications
- Managing a skilled and passionate SEN team, including TAs and therapists
- Supporting personalised learning plans, behaviour strategies, and therapeutic interventions
- Working closely with families, LA professionals, and external agencies
- Driving whole-school inclusion, safeguarding, and wellbeing
- Contributing to SLT-level decision making (for Assistant Head option)
