What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading all SEND strategy and provision as our expert SENCO
- Overseeing EHCPs, targeted interventions, and inclusive curriculum planning
- Providing expert coaching, mentoring and CPD for specialists and class staff
- Collaborating with SLT on high-impact improvement priorities
- Analysing SEND data and implementing evidence-based change
- Liaising with families, professionals, and external agencies as trusted SENCO
- Ensuring legal compliance and best practice at every stage
