What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading, shaping and implementing whole-school SEND provision
• Collaborating with SLT to deliver strategic SEND improvement plans
• Developing EHCP processes, Tracking, and Target-Setting for pupils with SEND
• Coaching, mentoring, and upskilling staff on outstanding SEN practice
• Liaising with external agencies, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Overseeing diagnostics, interventions, and inclusive teaching frameworks
• Ensuring statutory SEND responsibilities and compliance are met with excellence
