What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, shaping and implementing whole-school SEND provision
- Collaborating with SLT to deliver strategic SEND improvement plans
- Developing EHCP processes, Tracking, and Target-Setting for pupils with SEND
- Coaching, mentoring, and upskilling staff on outstanding SEN practice
- Liaising with external agencies, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Overseeing diagnostics, interventions, and inclusive teaching frameworks
- Ensuring statutory SEND responsibilities and compliance are met with excellence
Ideal SENDCO for this Enfield School:
- Qualified, UK-experienced SENDCO or SEN specialist with National Award (NASENCO) desirable
- Current or aspiring leaders with proven SEND impact and vision
