What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing exceptional SEND provision throughout the school
  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact interventions for pupils with diverse needs
  • Championing an inclusive culture, supporting staff with differentiation strategies
  • Driving EHCP processes, parent partnerships, and safeguarding best practice
  • Analysing SEND data and reviewing progress with SLT to raise attainment
  • Coordinating external agencies and leading annual reviews with clarity and empathy
