What You'll Be Doing:

  • Championing the strategic delivery of SEND provision as SENDCO
  • Coordinating EHCPs, pupil reviews, and multi-agency meetings
  • Leading and developing the SEN support team and teaching staff
  • Building relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Monitoring pupil progress and driving whole-school inclusion
  • Updating policies and introducing evidence-led SEN interventions
  • Delivering bespoke training sessions and INSET workshops on SEN practice
