What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading all SEND provision, ensuring progress and access for every pupil
  • Delivering targeted interventions and bespoke support strategies
  • Coordinating EHCPs and collaborating with external agencies and families
  • Training, coaching, and inspiring teaching and support staff in SEND best practice
  • Analysing data to drive whole-school SEND improvements
  • Influencing strategic decisions at senior leadership level as SENDCO
