- Leading, coaching, and inspiring an outstanding, multidisciplinary SEN team

- Developing robust intervention frameworks tailored to a highly diverse student cohort
- Overseeing EHCPs, accurate assessments, and stakeholder partnerships
- Driving positive outcomes for SEND students – academic, social, and emotional
