What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and implementing effective SEN strategies across the school
  • Leading and mentoring TAs, teachers and SEN support teams to raise outcomes
  • Overseeing EHCP processes, annual reviews, and high-needs applications
  • Coordinating tailored interventions using evidence-based practice
  • Liaising with external professionals (EPs, SALTs, CAMHS) to optimise provision
  • Monitoring data, tracking progress and reporting directly to SLT and governors
  • Championing a culture of inclusivity, celebration and relentless ambition for SEND pupils
