What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and champion SEND provision, ensuring excellence across the curriculum
- Develop, implement, and review ambitious EHCPs and bespoke learning plans
- Inspire, guide, and upskill teachers/assistants in inclusive best practice
- Forge dynamic partnerships with parents, carers, external specialists, and LA
- Analyse data, drive rapid improvement, and evidence impact for every SEN pupil
- Shape innovative interventions and monitor SEND progress across all year groups
- Contribute actively to safeguarding, admissions, and strategic leadership discussions
