What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading all statutory responsibilities for SENDCO in policy and practice
- Delivering, monitoring, and evaluating EHCPs and bespoke intervention plans
- Training, supporting, and collaborating with teachers and LSAs across the school
- Driving whole-school strategies for inclusive teaching and learning
- Liaising with parents, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams for best outcomes
- Overseeing SEND identification, assessment, and statutory processes as SENDCO
