What You'll Be Doing:
- Direct and enhance SEND provision across all key stages as SENDCO
- Identify, support, and track progress of SEND students in partnership with colleagues
- Lead a high-performing inclusion team, providing guidance and mentoring
- Collaborate with families and external agencies to secure best outcomes
- Shape whole-school SEND policy, championing new strategies and innovative practice
- Monitor, report, and drive measurable impact as SENDCO
- Run CPD sessions and support staff in adaptive teaching
