  • Driving the full SEND strategy, provision, and compliance as the SENDCO

  • Collaborating with external agencies, EPs, and governors as SENDCO lead
  • Delivering measurable impact for students through tailored interventions
  • Analysing whole-school SEND data to inform and innovate provision
  • Acting as a visible SENDCO advocate across the school community
