What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading, developing, and delivering outstanding SEND policy
- Overseeing EHCP processes, annual reviews, and provision mapping
- Coaching and empowering a dedicated team of LSAs and TAs
- Collaborating across departments to create impactful interventions
- Direct liaison with families, external agencies, and LA professionals
- Analysing pupil data to inform strategic SEND improvement
- Ensuring compliance with statutory SEND legislation and best practice
Ideal SENDCO for this Waltham Forest School:
