What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and implementing a strategic SEND vision across the school
- Leading, mentoring and developing a passionate team of SEND professionals
- Collaborating with parents, external agencies and SLT for outstanding outcomes
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on SEND provision, progress and impact
- Championing inclusive classroom practice and personalised intervention
- Overseeing EHCPs, statutory requirements, and whole-school compliance
- Delivering dynamic staff training and policy development
