What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, developing, and delivering outstanding SEND policy
  • Overseeing EHCP processes, annual reviews, and provision mapping
  • Coaching and empowering a dedicated team of LSAs and TAs
  • Collaborating across departments to create impactful interventions
  • Direct liaison with families, external agencies, and LA professionals
  • Analysing pupil data to inform strategic SEND improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory SEND legislation and best practice
