What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering whole-school SEND strategy as SENDCO
• Leading EHCP applications, audits, and statutory compliance
• Coaching high-impact TAs and class teachers for outstanding provision
• Organising, chairing, and following up on annual reviews and multi-agency meetings
• Data analysis: monitoring progress, closing gaps, reporting to governors as SENDCO
• Family liaison and supporting personalised learning journeys
