What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading, developing, and implementing the SEND strategy across all key stages
  • Championing our inclusive ethos by driving whole-school SEN provision
  • Crafting targeted intervention programmes and securing outstanding outcomes for SEND learners
  • Coaching and training colleagues on SEN best practice and compliance
  • Liaising expertly with parents, professionals, and external agencies to secure top-tier support
  • Coordinating EHCP processes and leading person-centred annual reviews
