What You'll Be Doing:
- Deputising and leading on all SEND statutory requirements as SENDCO
- Designing and implementing targeted, evidence-based interventions school-wide
- Overseeing and mentoring an ambitious Inclusion Team and support staff
- Collaboratively working with external agencies and parents to secure the best outcomes
- Analysing SEND data to drive inclusive teaching and whole-school progress
- Shaping outstanding EHCP provision, reviews, and transition planning
Ideal "SENDCO" for this Haringey School:
- UK-trained, fully qualified teacher (QTS essential) ready to lead
