What You'll Be Doing:

• Deputising and leading on all SEND statutory requirements as SENDCO
• Designing and implementing targeted, evidence-based interventions school-wide
• Overseeing and mentoring an ambitious Inclusion Team and support staff
• Collaboratively working with external agencies and parents to secure the best outcomes
• Analysing SEND data to drive inclusive teaching and whole-school progress
• Shaping outstanding EHCP provision, reviews, and transition planning
