- Driving whole-school SEND strategy, innovation, and staff training
- Leading targeted EHCP, intervention, and support plans for complex needs
- Collaborating with outside agencies, parents, and school leaders
- Analysing and reporting on SEND outcomes to inform leadership decisions
- Championing student voice and fostering whole-school inclusion

- Holds UK QTS and relevant SENCO qualification (or working towards)
