What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing, implementing & evaluating an impactful SEND strategy
- Leading EHCPs, interventions, and staff guidance across all phases
- Building strong partnerships with families and external specialists
- Tracking SEND pupil progress and adapting provision for maximum outcomes
- Training and upskilling teachers and support staff in inclusion best-practice
- Championing student voice and inclusive learning culture school-wide
Ideal "SENDCO" for this Ealing School:
- UK-qualified teachers with QTS and robust SEND/inclusion experience
- Demonstrable impact driving improved SEND outcomes
- Good or Outstanding classroom references required
- Visionary leaders, committed to ambitious, evidence-informed practice
