• Leading EHCPs, interventions, and staff guidance across all phases
• Building strong partnerships with families and external specialists
• Tracking SEND pupil progress and adapting provision for maximum outcomes
• Training and upskilling teachers and support staff in inclusion best-practice
• Championing student voice and inclusive learning culture school-wide

• UK-qualified teachers with QTS and robust SEND/inclusion experience

• Good or Outstanding classroom references required
