What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the strategic development and daily operation of SEND provision
- Coordinating EHCPs, annual reviews, and targeted interventions
- Guiding and mentoring colleagues in inclusive teaching strategies
- Liaising collaboratively with parents, agencies, and external professionals
- Analysing SEND data to drive performance and pupil outcomes
- Shaping innovative polices for an ambitious, inclusive ethos
