What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mentoring sixth formers academically and pastorally across subject areas

- Helping to foster motivation, resilience, and high expectations
- Playing an active role in enrichment, clubs, and school life
Ideal Graduate Mentor for this Lewisham School:
- Academic graduate (2:1 or above) with strong A-Levels
- Keen to pursue a career in education or youth leadership
- Confident communicator with energy and enthusiasm
- Prior experience tutoring or supporting young people is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and ready to contribute from day one
