What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children in Reception and KS1 with complex learning or behavioural needs
  • Working 1:1 and with small groups in the school’s Inclusion Hub
  • Assisting with lesson adaptation, sensory activities, and behaviour plans
  • Collaborating with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
  • Encouraging student development in emotional regulation and classroom participation
  • Recording and communicating pupil progress with staff and families
