What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting children in Reception and KS1 with complex learning or behavioural needs
- Working 1:1 and with small groups in the school’s Inclusion Hub
- Assisting with lesson adaptation, sensory activities, and behaviour plans
- Collaborating with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
- Encouraging student development in emotional regulation and classroom participation
- Recording and communicating pupil progress with staff and families
Ideal Reception & KS1 Teaching Assistant For this Southwark School:
- A graduate who is passionate about inclusive education and child development
- Strong interest in becoming an Educational or Child Psychologist
- Calm, patient, and proactive with a nurturing approach
