What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
• Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils needing extra support

• Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral care
• Contributing to a positive, purposeful classroom environment
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCo to track progress
