What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting classroom learning across KS3/KS4
• Working with pupils to extend knowledge, build confidence and foster independent learning
• Assisting with lesson delivery, behaviour support and revision sessions
• Tracking pupil progress and adapting support accordingly
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCo, and pastoral staff to drive positive outcomes
