What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting reading, phonics and numeracy in a Year 1 or Year 2 class
• Working with low prior attainers and extending high attainers
• Maintaining classroom routines and helping manage transitions
• Supporting pastoral care and pupil independence

Ideal Teaching Assistant for this Kensington School:

• Strong graduate, ideally with EYFS or KS1 knowledge
• Confident, patient, and responsive to pupil needs
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting a bonus
• Ready to contribute to all areas of school life
