Ideal Graduate For this North London SEN School:
- A graduate in psychology, education, or a related field (2:1 or above preferred)
- Passionate about inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs
- Patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience in SEN or with children is beneficial but not essential
- Ready to commit full-time from September through to July
