Role as a Graduate Learning Mentor

As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you'll be part of a dynamic team working closely with students aged 11–16. You will support pupils in and outside the classroom, focusing on learning, engagement, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering 1:1 and small group academic interventions
  • Supporting students with SEN, EAL, or emotional needs
  • Working alongside teachers to enhance lesson delivery and pupil participation
  • Assisting in classroom behaviour management and pastoral duties
  • Encouraging student confidence and motivation in learning

  • A graduate (2:1 or above preferred) with strong A-levels
