What You'll Be Doing:
- As a SEN Behaviour Support Assistant you’ll be providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Down’s Syndrome in KS1
- Assisting with daily routines, engagement, and inclusion
- Supporting personal care and communication where necessary
- Working across classrooms supporting behaviour management strategies
- Running small group and 1:1 behaviour interventions
- Collaborating with SENCO, pastoral team, and class teachers
- Maintaining detailed progress notes and feedback
