What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Year 4 teacher in lesson delivery and classroom routines
• Delivering 1:1 and group support for literacy, numeracy, and topic work
• Helping with pupil assessments and feedback tracking
• Promoting engagement, independence, and high expectations
• Collaborating with staff to support SEN, EAL, and stretch learners
• Taking part in staff meetings, CPD, and enrichment days

Ideal Year 4 Teaching Assistant For this Hounslow School:

• A graduate with a 2:1 degree or above, ideally in a core subject
