What You’ll Be Doing
You will work closely with students aged 16–18, offering one-to-one and small group mentoring to support academic progress and personal development. Your role will involve helping students build study skills, stay on top of coursework, and prepare for exams. You’ll also act as a motivational support, helping students manage the transition to university or career pathways. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, you will be an integral part of the academic support team.
Ideal Candidate
You will be a recent graduate with a strong academic background, ideally in a relevant subject. You should be enthusiastic, patient and confident working with young people. A genuine interest in education and personal development is essential. Previous experience in a school or with mentoring is a bonus, but not required. Reliability, strong communication skills and a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.
