What You’ll Be Doing
You will play an important role in supporting classroom teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This includes working closely with teachers to prepare lesson materials, assisting pupils with learning tasks, and providing targeted support to individuals or small groups who may require additional help. You may also be asked to support behaviour management and contribute to the overall positive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about helping young people achieve their potential. Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or in a school setting is desirable but not essential. You should be a strong communicator, with a patient, proactive approach and a genuine interest in education. A willingness to learn and contribute to school life is key.
